PERM EB2 withOut Masters Degree

Dear Mr, Rajesh,
My company has filed my Labour PERM in EB2 by using my 10+ years Experience in IT in February 2009. I dont have masters degree. I have B.E Degree and 13 Years Exp in IT. Just want to be confirmed that I can get Labour and I-140. And also What would be the expected time frame can i get my Labour cleared.

If your company used an experienced employment immigration attorney, it has been determined that in their professional experience the job and your credentials are appropriate for E-2 category. Don't worry about that. Reported approval times vary. Did the attorney give any estimate?
 
PERM EB 2 Without a master Degree

I do not have US Master degree but I do have a BS and a POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA, and 20 years documented work experience and few published papers. I am currently on TN and would like to apply for PERM through the EB-2 option. Has anybody with similar qualification and experience succeeded in getting PERM through EB-2? Any referral to a lawyer who can help would be well appreciated.

Your employer must apply for a GC for you. They would engage an attorney to assess your qualifications and the job requirements.

If your future/petitioning employer has history of hiring people with bachelors plus 5 years of progressive work experience then it is possible to file petition under EB2 classification
 
Has anyone been able to do EB-2 without a bachelors degree.

I have a two-year diploma in Marketing/Business Administration from Canada and over 20 years experience. I am classified as a Sales Engineer under H1B right now.


Any thoughts?
 
Your job requirments only decide your category (EB2 or Eb3) not your qualification or experience.
