PERM EB2 --MBA+0 years experience

I am planning to file for a PERM case in EB2.

The job requirement for education and experience is MBA plus 0 years of
experience. Is this likely to qualify for EB2 ? I am a little worried
because of the zero years of experience my lawyer is suggesting. Since this
requires a masters, I am thinking it will qualify. Position being filed is Business
Analyst. Will this fly ?

Any thoughts/experience please share. It is slightly urgent.

str4guitar, Unitednations, others, please respond.

Thank you.

It may or may not, depends on whether anyone truly qualified will apply for the position. It is usually a good rule of thumb to have +1 year of experience, but I understand that when you don't have it, you just don't have it. Good luck.

Thanks. I do have 2 years experience after MBA. But my Attorney and employer say the wage requirement for MBA+2 years is high and they cant pay when the GC is approved. So they will say the job requirement is MBA+ 0 years.

I have an MBA from a foreign country and I have a US MBA equivalence
from a credential evaluation for my MBA. I am just worried that
zero years may raise questions by DOL. Will they refuse EB2 category
because of zero years and push this to EB3 ? Or simply a masters
degree will usually allow it to go in EB2 category ?

Guys please share your thoughts

st4rguitar, others,

Can an MBA (or equivalent from a foreign country ) + 0 years of experience for job requirement qualify as EB2 with DOL ?

There was a tread about a month ago on the same topic Masters +0. Hope you can find it. I remember from there that the main concern was: how are you going to disqualify candidates? Any person with a little bit of experience will be better fit.

Multiple applications - Same employee and employer - Different Posn

Hi all,

I already have an approved 140 under EB3 category. Since the priority dates are not moving for sometime now, my employer wants to apply for a PERM labor under EB2 category.

I have an experience of 5 years with a Bachelors degree from India

Questions:
Can a company apply PERM for the same candidate who already has an approved 140 from the same company for another position?
If I apply again, do I need to withdraw my earlier application?
If I do apply will I lose my priority date as the intention of applying again is to retain the priority date and to ensure approval in EB2 Category
If in case I were to apply for PERM and get approval should I be appling for 140 again?
If so then at what step will be using my earlier case information into my new application?

Please provide you response at the earliest as I have to inform my folks

Appreciated your help
Thanks
