I am a silent reader of this forum and would like to share happy news with all of you about my GC . Here is the email that got from NSC @ 3:00 P.M. PST.

Piority date - 16AUG2005
I-485 RD/ND -- 29SEp2005/13OCT2005

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR
TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 23, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from
you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call
customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we
process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from
USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS
Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

Congratulations!!, enjoy your freedom. Your approval just confirm that NSC have done only very approvals for EB2 applications till these days.

interesting, not sure if I am following you right, but just so that you know in the past couple of months NSC has approved far more EB3 cases than EB2...it just depends I guess on how u want to see it..:rolleyes:

Did you file at NSC or were you transferred from CSC to NSC?

Hi Maverick13,

I filed my case @ NSC on 29SEP2005.
I didn't get any RFEs even I have changed my employer. I didn't inform NSC when I changed my employer using AC21.
