PERM denied

the lawyer called me today that my PERM was denied for technical error with
the on line system, not because I am not qualified , they have to repost the
advertisement,
two of my coworjers got denies several weeks ago also.
does anybody has the same situation?
My perm was filed early January, 2006.
the attorney said since the ad were over 6 months, they have to
readversisement and readvertisement..
my god....
my status has been "in process" for the past 4 months, till today they got a letter saying the denial
 
You need o find out the reason for denial first, then you can assess the situation whether it was really a system error.
 
I filed on january, 8 2006.
my attorney said is a technical error, not because of my qualification.
since the some ad expried after 6 months, they have to dore the advertisement... god save me...
 
Please clarify what exactly the denial is for. There is no such thing as technical error. Someone made an ERROR. my feeling is your attorney is hiding behind the "technical error" when most probably it is his own error. Please give exact detail of the denial, and read it yourself. Do not just wait for attorney to tell you what it is.
 
what technical error has to do with reposting the ads?
I don't think that you need to readvertise because it's not your fault (if it's not the fault of the attorney and really the technical error)
