PERM denied

My PERM was denied today Macrh 9, 2006. After 5 moths waiting, filed Oct 7, 1005, EB-3 Statistcal Analyst, Atlanta Processing center...my perm was denied. NO SPONSORSHIP EMAIL, NO AUDIT, got the denial letter today, rwason for denial: INSUFFICIENT EMPLOYER ADDRESS.....FOR GOD'S SAKE...I just don't know what to do....PLease help!

This is very common reason for denial, if you would have given PO Box that may be the reason.

If you are correct in your filing, just reopen the motion and write to DOL immediately for review.

Yes, a PO Box was given as the address....We have 30 days to reply. Should we call the certifying officer, or just write to them, and do you have any idea how long it takes to get an answer ?Thank you in advance.

Wired PERM denial
Here is my case, my first EB3 (BS+3 years, financial analyst) Perm approved in Oct05 but couldn’t file because of retro. I am in EB Worldwide category. Started allover again (Ads,PWD) this time EB2(MS+2, Sr. financial Analyst) with same employer but different job opportunity(Sr. financial analyst), requirements(MS+2).
My first EB2 denied after 15 days because of typo error, I waited for the latter which confirmed my thoughts and refilled again as my PWD was current. After 2 months I got denied and today I received a denial latter. It says “You have a pending application on file for the alien beneficiary and job opportunity identified in this application”. Is this a error by CO may be he thought my previous “typo” contain application is multiple filing or he is referring to my last year EB3 certified. Gurus, especially UnitedNations and Creative10 Pls help.
I need to file 140/485 prior to EB2 gets hit by retro.

Do not call. Everything must be in writing.

The instruction was very crystal clear, still some attornies are doing same mistake.

Hi UN, Thanks for your insight. When I applied first time (29 Dec05) with EB2 my HR couldn’t receive sponsorship email, we thought that Decision matrix has our FIEN/NAICS as we used same acc for EB3 half year ago, we got denial this time bue to Typo. Next time (14Jan06) we applied for fresh 9089 upon arrival of denial latter. This time we did get sponsorship email and confirmation to our FOUR YES. Now new FAQ from DOL regarding multiple filing of PERM application was effective from 19 Jan06, prior to that filed applications would eliminate all multiple filings for same alien and same job opportunity (?? ) considering “recent filed” the final one. It seems I am covered and my last application (filed on 14 jan 06) which denied 2 days ago should be considered by CO not as a multiple filings.
Please note that I have never multiple applications running at the same time.
Want do you think should my employer call to CO as it seems like his mistake .
