Perm Denied!! Please Help

Hi,
My friend filed the PERM application lastweek and got denied in five days. The reason seems to be iincorrect date entry. He wanted to know how to refile? Can he edit the previous application or need to create another new application.

Create fresh application. When you click on the application, it comes up with view, print, save and there is also use this application, by clicking that, one can retain employer info on the form and just fill the rest (probably copy/paste from the saved pdf). Do it quick before 180 days pass on any dates.
