PERM denied due to a previousely certified application

Mine is still pending... 4 months... Why don't they implement premium processing to PERM? :D

approved with EB3 and want to reapply for EB2

I think I am in similar situation as you. I have an certified EB3 PERM and I have an EB2 perm prepared to be submitted. I am hesitate to submit the
EB2 perm because my H1B will expired Feb 2007, I am kind of running out of
time. I afraid that if I submitted EB2 perm, my EB3 perm will be withdrawn by
the ETA. Any suggestion on my situation....?
