Perm Case From P-bec

My LC is pending in P-BEC ( PD of Oct 2003 ). No 45 day letter.No case number. Iam planning to convert the application to PERM.

Any suggestions? Any advices? Please help!

I am also thinking similar. BUT,

It may take lot longer for a converted cases vs. new PERM case. And you risk losing your PD. Also, I am sure refiling under PERM will take lot of effort for the employer/lawyers which by itself may take few months. So, I am still debating if it's worth the risk.
