I am trying to port from Eb3 to Eb2
I am on EAD(EB3 Nov 2006)..I came out of A and joined B.
I filed my EB2 labor in perm 2009 NOV with B and It went for random audit.
I wonder if I reapply through different employer C for a perm EB2 will help me..OR ask B to withdraw and reapply.
If I change my employer frequently will it be a problem during 485 stage?
