PERM approved in CA. Will GC process be affected if I now move TX ?

Hi All,
I got my EB3 PERM approved in CA in Dec 2005.

My company is asking me to move to TX.
So my question is :

1. Can this same approved PERM labour be used as priority date to file further process of GC (I140/485) in TX ?

2. Is there any disadvantages for my GC process if I move to TX now ?

3. Should the I140 / 485 be filed in TX or in CA ?

4. Will change in designation affect GC process ?

Please let me know.
Thanks in advance
Happy Holidays.

I am in the same situation except that I plan to move from Texas to California. How does this potential move affect the green card process? A little background - My PERM was approved and the I140 has just been filed.

NO, Re start PERM again

Only one case you can keep the LC : IF YOUR COMPANY STILL HAS A BRANCH IN CA ( SAME CITY OF THE LC) AND OF COURSE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THAT OFFICE IS MUCH BIGGER THAN THE NUMBER OF LC THEY APPLY :D
