I got a phone call today noon from my Attorney that my PERM application got approved. Thanks GOD. After waiting for almost one year I got it!
My application was submitted on 06/2005 and got approved today (05/19/2006). Right after submiting the application we got audited and I had to sign some documents and after that the status was "in process/pending" all the time. My attorney sent a request to AILA on March'06 because it was taking way long time and I think that helped.
