PERM and Job Titles

Hello All
My company is looking to file my application with PERM in the next 2 months. My dilemma is that i currently occupy a position which is in their consulting division. The minimum requirements for this position are a B.S,and 3 years of experience.Hence based on the prior RIR system this would fall under EB-3 when being filed.
I might have an option to move to a more marketing focused role, labeled as Marketing manager, and so was wondering what would be better suited for PERM to file 140 under EB-2.
I have looked at the job codes under Onet, and seems that 3-4 software/computer positions are education, and training category code 5,couple are code 4 like IS manager, and marketing manager is listed as 4.Based on some earlier threads i read that anything under 4 would be good to file as EB-2,so am confused about this.
Gurus Please advise, this would be great input.
Thanks,
Sam6

I think you are looking for more trouble in going to EB2 with marketing category.
PERM the recruitement process is very focussed and very hard to cheat. If local marketing guys apply for the job through SWA, your LC never going to get approved and it will be summarily rejected.
