Hello,

My company is currently advertising for vacancies we have. Now they are also planning to start my PERM case using the same advertisements that were given before.

My question was:

1. Will giving advertisements before actually filling for PERM ( I read about getting some password) ruin the prospect of sucess

2. Or is it good because 90 day period needed to file after adverstising would be reached fast ?
