Perm Ad Without PWD

Hi,

I applied for PWD from Maryland a month back, so far have not heard anything. I have two questions:

1. Can we go ahead and give the sunday Ad's mean while in the news paper or we have to wait till we get the PW from Maryland.
2. Do we have to give the job order number in the sunday Ad's or no?

What was your NOF from DC SWA about? How did your lawyer resolve the problem? Please share more details.Thank you.
 
how do you post a job order?

I am in california, I don't know how and where I should put a job order. Could anybody help me about this?

It was basically a category question, they had the job code confused with computer programmer instead of a system analyst. The lawyer replied with explanation and the print out for both categories.
