PERM Ad - Is it narrow?

Hello,

I am trying to get some opinion on my PERM ad (EB2 + 3 months of exp) that lawyer designed for us. Job ad is about software engineer but it specifically requires M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engg which is what I have.

Is this any cause of concern? Or ads are usually like this? Lawyers says it is ok:D

Guys, my lawyer will be filing PERM application by early Dec. What do you think of getting my file Audited because of a reqd MS in Electrical & Computer Engg for a Software Engineer job

VPats - highly likely you will receive an audit, but as long as your attorney has prepared the appropriate documentation, it is not a cause for concern. Additionally, your attorney should be prepared to submit documentation that there is a business necessity for the position to require an EB2 qualification, as in the eyes of the DOL the only EB2 computer position is a CIS Manager. However, we have responded to the audit successfully with the above-mentioned documentation and have had a good (knock on wood) approval rating.
