I've worked for a company as IT specialist for three years. My company is going to start my greencard application soon. When I got hired, the postion didn't require a lot skills. The job description was like an entry level position. The job doesn't require masters degree although i do have it. I'm senior level now.
My company thinks we can only write an perm ad. according to the original job description ( I assume the one they used to apply my h-1b). They can't really change too much. So when the ads are out, they'll be a lot applicants. It might be hard to find reasons to deny all of them.
Any suggestions on this?
