I have a question about blank fields in 9089 application, for the questions which are not applicable to me should we say "N/A" or leave them blank. For example, the prevailing wage form we received from SWA the Skill Level mentioned was blank as our salaries are governed by Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), I am wondering for question F 4 if I should use "N/A" or leave the field blank. Also, I am wondering for other questions which are not applicable to me, should I put "N/A" or leave them blank. Example 4 A, 7 A, etc... Since the online application is controlled by a software I guess we need to be very careful for even simplest things like this....

blankety blank

In the F section you can only put what information the prevailing wage people or the CBA in this case tell you. If theres no guidance on the point then you cant put anything there. Putting N/a is probably preferable to leaving them blank.
