Per New Dates my RD is passed more then 30 days?? What are the options

Per new dates for 140 EB2 and 485 (i.e. June 7th 2004). My RD for I140 (EB2) and I-485 are April 20th, 2004 (purely concurrent application). But nothing happend so far.

What are my options here.?

I already called the USCIS 1-800 for my I-485, they said they will intitate a inquiry on my behalf. I also asked my attorney to intiate a inquiry for 140 + 485 (for me and my wife).

I did called the emergency number and aksed for FBI Name Check status, that perosn said he is not sure and said some information came in Jan, 2005 (I have LUD on 485 1/10/05) . (but he doesn't seems to know whats was the nature of that information and wether its came from FBI or not). He said looks like we are still waiitng for some more information from some more agency (but still he didn't disclose anything).

Whats should I do now, please let me know. LUD on 1-40 never changed so far.

Same here. RD April 20th 2004, LUD on I-485 is 01/10/05 and no change on I-140 LUD.
Got my first EAD card on 02/07/05 after 9 months. Reason for delay: They forgot to update my case on computer. It was approved in June'04 and USCIS was not aware of that. And this is not over yet, they issued me an EAD card in Feb'05 and it is valid till June'05.

I hope they don't repeat the same procedure for my I-140 & 485.
