If any of you who have filed 485 with receipt wac02/wac03 and still pending, I advice you to take the infopass appointment and talk with the immigration officer directly in person. Atleast you can know the current status and know why your case is still not adjudicated.

This may even expediate your 485 processing.

My RD Dec 03 and JIT says Feb23, 2004.

Hi,
My attorneys adviced to keep quiet and have them send an inquiry every month.
They said that I migth upset the ins officer.
What do you think ?
