People with RD after me are getting approval...why am I not?

Hi:

I am an EB1, with a RD for I-485 of March 7, 2003. My FP1 was April 22, 2003 and my FP2 was Nov 24, 2004. From the forum here, it appears that people with comparable timelines as I do have been getting their I-485s approved. Some with later dates are getting approval. i have sent a request for inquiry to my congressman and to one of my senators, but i haven't heard back from them. I cannot get any information from USCIS because their website info and on the phone info has not been updated since March 2003. :mad: I am so tired of waiting and of not knowing. My life is on hold and I feel fed-up.

AHHHHHHH. Anyway, any ideas as to when my case may be approved--or not--or whatever?

RFE to Appoval

Hi can any one tell me how much time it takes for H1B to get approved from RFE to Approval ?

Well my I485 and I140 was concurrently filed on 1/27/03 and I have not seen I485 approval yet. My first FP was 03/2003 and second FP was Nov, 2004. Still waiting keeping our fingers crossed. :eek:

Thank you for writing in and letting me know that your RD is before mine,and you haven't heard yet. There are many with RD of June 2003 who are getting approvals. Do contact your congressman or senator and see if you can find out what is going on with your application.
I contacted my congressman, and I am apparently stuck at "security check"--whatever that means.

My RD is DEC 2002 .2nd finger printing was on sept. 2nd.Although the website has been updated about the second fingerprinting,I have'nt received my GC yet.Does that make you feel better?

At last the waiting has finished. This got approved. Now how can I become a citizen?
