People with ND after May \'00 and received FP notices......

Has any of your lawyers or any lawyer websites suggested anything about possibly getting GC early? Or does everybody just think that the 485\'s will be approved based on ND?
My guess = In ND order.
My hope = 6 months or so after FP.. :)

I am one of those people who got FP notice by fluke.
I read on this forum that INS realized its "mistake"
later. They are saying it doesn\'t mean that 485 approvals
will be faster for these (ND>May00) people. I would
be extremely happy if I am wrong on this one :)

IIO VSC said that its by ND - so wait for 6-7 months if your ND is in June like my case - more if not.

Are you aware that CSC is approving even 485 cases of jun/jul/aug/2000 !?
Hope VSC does some magic like that.
