You are on the corner. Expect approval within a couple of days. My LUDs changed on 10/25 and 10/26, got approved 11/1.
 
spouse's 1-485 LUD changed from 11/8 -- 11/9 -- 11/10 ... but no change in the message ..

mine didnt change ... dont know what NSC is doing ???? :confused:

* Note on "Last Updated" date:
Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

Atleast some guildeline as to why the dates are mysteriously changing ....

Guys,

I called FBI today and they said that FP was returned to INS. They won't tell me if it was cleared. How can I find out?

Also a silly question. what is LUD? is it the online status? It never changed for me.

LUD is Last Updated Date. U can see this if you register online.

My LUD changed on 11/05, 11/11 and 11/15..

LUD = Last update/ed Date, important medical term used by all immigrationportal community users uses frequently and get mad too some time.. Want to join...;)

You can't. FBI will only tell you when they are done. The results of your case will tell you, or another sign would be if your case will be forwarded to a local service office for an interview. If the latter is the case, it will be indicated in the letter sent to you by USCIS.

No LUD change, 11/15 2nd EAD Approved, 11/16 AP approved

when did you filed your 2nd EAD & AP? I filed my 2nd EAD & AP third week of September & No sign of approval...Latest processing dates of EAD & AP are Aug 12...and windering whther I should wait for some more time...
