we got it after 16 months of our 1st fp.

fp:1 sept 6th 2002
fp2 scheduled march 10th 2004

I feel second FP happens only when your files are dusted and have a chance to be touched!!!!!!!

This means if you apply for third or fourth AP or EAD there is a chance for that golden touch to happen.

What a service for people who work hard and contribute to the general economy......

I had called NCSC slightly before the 2nd FP Notice came in, but I don't think that triggered it.

I did not receive any thing from BCIS, so I called on Dec.03 and request for an inquiry. After two week received my FP notice. Finished 2nd FP on Feb 13.
