Guys, can you please confirm this nuance about N-470:
If you apply and receive offer from American company in country of origin, then American company branch issues letter stating that you are developing business, etc for company in South America, blah, blah, is that what USCIS normally needs to approve N-470?
From reading the N-470 carefully, I see there is nothing there stating you need to be sent overseas from a company in which you are working here, receive salary here, etc.
Apparently it only states it needs to be an American company or subsdiary abroad.
It seems this area is not well known so please let me know if you have ever had experience with a case like mine.
