People who have gotten their green-cards (plastic cards), please reply to this

I have given a friends address for delivering of card - since he has a house; plus the fact that I have to be out of the country on international assignment from my company. Now, my friend receives several mails in my name, and he would like to know what the mail from INS which will have my green-card (plastic card) will look like from outside (envelope), that way he can notify me promptly by email that my GC has arrived. Can you please tell me what does the envelope say on the outside (from what address it is, etc...)

Also I think that the words \'Immigration and Naturalization Service\' and/or \'Department of Justice\' are part of the return address.

The envelope will contain just one folded page for the welcome letter and 1.5 pages with a plastic card when you get the card.
 
Can\'t he just feel the card inside through the envelope if he does not want to open it(*_*)?
