EB3 INDIA PD:1/13/99 RD:12/22/99 ND:1/3/00
1st FP: 3/8/00 transfered to DDO on 8/31/00.
Case transfered to Dallas TX local office on Aug 31, 2000
2nd FP 5/24/2001.

I-485 Transfered to Dallas District Office

My case was filed with the Texas Service Center in 12/99 and was transfered to the Dallas district office in 03/00. I received a fp redo notice in 05/01, but nothing since.
 
Dallas office performance

Hi folks,
          I am married to a US citizen. I applied for my I485, EAD and advanced parole in March 2001. INS sent me a cash register recipt which stated that they received my application on 30th april, 2001 along with the required fee. I never received any recipt from INS regarding my case number (I-797). It has been six months now and I am waiting to hear something from INS regarding my case.

What should I do ? Please advice.

Transferred Dallas local office

This means you have been transerred to HELL until 30 months.
Cases at DDO never move.
The waiting times at the Dallas District Office is very Horrible. There are peaople waiting till 30 months. None of the people got approvals with in twenty months. Go to immitracker.com into TSC and then to local transfer forum. Read "Hope" and Dallas related Topics to see the wating times and history.

My cases has been transferred from Phoenix t to Dallas DO last month.

I submitted my 485 in December 1998.
Does someone know , DDO is processing cases for which month and year.
I have just received a notice for FP and Med exam in September 2001.
How much more to wait.,

Waiting for Approval

EB3/India, ND: 12/22/99, FP Expired in May 2000. No 2nd FP Notice yet, have received my 2nd EAD and AP.
 
This is 485 EB-3 case

I have just done FP from DDO and wondering how long I have to wait till I get the interview. My original 485 was submitted in Dec 1998.

Also I might need another AP, god knows how long thats gonna take. May be 6 months:(
