i came on F1 visa ( international student) and after 3 years i got married with US Citizen..she is not working and i am full time student and work part time..she is taking welfare(benifits) to support her mom. and she applied green card for me..(filed petition I30 ) ..so i am now at pennding I 485(pennding green card..waiitng for interview)..my question is dat wat will happened the time green card interview comes..what should i have to do insted close the welfare for her..

by law, NO u can provide alternate,
Just be aware and get prepration of ur all supporting doc,
read as many experience u can on fourm,
ignore the common unawareness what they expect from couples on family based casees
Should be living on one residence
shared bank acct
joint tax returns
addr on driving licenses.
any lease on both names
rent papers on both names
ofcourse photos whereever u went for tour
