Yes, get another I 20/F1 or H1b, so that your I 485 withdrawal will not affect you.

If you are inside US it is possible to change the status, if you go outof US there is no guarantee that you will be issued F1.

what i have to get F 1 again...just get a new i 20 ? or i have to apply somewhere...and after dat can i travel on F1 status untill my old visa is good.. its gonna expire in july 2006...so if i get new I 20 can i travel on F 1 ?

I think your F1 visa in the PP is not valid because you went to I 130/485/ EAD status. After getting I 20 go and change the status to F1 (usually take 180 days or less) in any of the service center related to your state of residency. With this, you can stay, but going out and getting multiple F1 is questinable as you know already, you almost applied / under approval your immigration visa.
