Pending Service Consideration

In my case, it means nobody ever assigned to the case yet. My I-485 is in "Pending Service Consideration" ever since this Feb. when I first inquired the case status. The funny thing is my husband got the PSC response for the inquiry while I got "security check delay". I guess that's 2 of their major templates which really not meaning anything.
Not until last time when we finally met a friendly CSR (lucky day!) who is willing to tell us that our FBI name check actually just sent out last week! (which means the previous "security check delay" is a lie as our FP result has been back long time ago.) I believe in her as both my husband's and my case have a LUD on the name-check sending date she told us. She also tells me that PSC means no officer ever assigned to the case yet.

I did have a LUD change. On 6/7/05 there was a LUD change along with status change. New status is "On May 28 we responded to an inquiry intiated by you.......if you do not receive the response in the next 60 days......".
