Just trying to refresh this thread ... Has anyone got approved after pending
service consideration message
or anyone who has been approved with notice date of january 2004..
there has been lot of approvals in the Eb 2 category but is there anyone in the eb 3 category
Please post your experiences

Yes, Mine got approved on May17th 2005 after getting Pending Service Consideration Message for the first enquiry.

Got Approval Notice by mail for both myself and spouse last week. There is no change in the status on the website and no approval emails also.

I did an enquiry sometime in March 05 .
I didn't get any answer when I asked about the name check while making an enquiry.

I received the same responce to the inquiry. Mine is pending since Dec 2002. AILA inquiry responce was that the case is delayed because of security checks.

Called FBI, they told me to send an email. Sent the email and now waiting for the reply. They said it will be 4 months before I get a reply.
 
Received 'pending service consideration' notice

I had called USCIS on May 6th regarding 485. It had not been updated since December. The same day an RFE was issued against the 485. Today I got a notice by mail, dated May 28, that says that the letter was being sent in response to the May 6 query, and that the case was pending service consideration.
 
Got pending service consideration response

Got the same response to my query, which was done on April 25.

Called VSC last week (May 25) to check on EAD renewal & 485. The officer told me that both EAD & 485 were under review. Also heard that the review period on 485 is 2 weeks to 1 month. For EAD, review period is 7-14days. No news on EAD yet.

Got to just wait & see.
 
Pending service considerartion.............

I too got the same response pending service consideration (in mail) around march 3rd week in response to my enquiry which was done around Feb 3rd week. since then no LUD or no Updates. I called cust service second time around may 3rd week and asked them about the status.. they told me that they will initiate an enquiry and then I asked them What does pending service consideration mean (from my first enquiry). She had no clue.
then I was transfered to the information officer. He thinks that it might be with the officer. I asked him about how much time does it take.. He says he has no Idea. Asked about name check done or not. He say's How does he know..

No response and no LUD...........................................................................................................................................................................................................

well folks i got a response on 27th may dated 11th may for the query i did on 20th april. here are the exact wording ... after u read it did any one else got a similar response with dates mentioned in it alpng with the pending service consideration line....

" our computer system shows that your petition/application is still pending service consideration. Your case was recieved at this center om March 26 2003, and we are currently processing cases that were recieved on November 12 2002. Please allow a minimum of 60 days to hear from this office."

so what do u think ?
