Pcee, Please add me to your analysis list (2nd request). Here\'s my details:
Location - Phoenix
EB3 RIR
WAC-01-265-5xxxx
Priority Date - 03/2000
Mailing Date - 07/01/2001
Receipt Date - 07/03/2001
Notice Date - 08/23/2001
Advance Parole - recd. 09/01/2001
EAD - recd. 11/24/2001
FP Notice - pending ??
AVM on Feb 4 2002 : case has been received and pending review.
It\'s almost 7 months now for FP pending!

Lawyer has faxed an inquiry too. Also, spoke to an IIO today and they said the case is pending review and cannot say how much time will it take to send the notice.

Anyone with similar experiences awaiting FP Notice? Any advice for follow up? Any feedback is really appreciated.

 
 
rsrgc, it seems to me that IFM has not even received his/her FP notice. How does the AVM say pending

how does avm say \'pending review\' when fp has not been done ?
 
Folks, if you know, please help IFM by psoting Level I and II Fax numbers...

S/he is a July mailer and has not even received the FP notice. Looks like it is time IFM took matters into his/her own hands and chase this down.
 
how reliable are the AVM messages?

Are they the true indication of the status of your appl. I have seen a posting on this forum, where AVM changes from \'Nov\'16 pending review\' to approved. Also, many guys who got approved recently have their AVM still saying \'dec\'29th....\' message.

My AVM still says \'dec\'6th....\' - does it really mean anything.
