Lots of people are being approved in that range... Getting tired and sick of seeing the same message..
 
I just found .. some peoples FP was done sometime in 2002(ND Nov'2001) and no update of the online message after that.

What actually happened to them...Should not they do the FP again.

My FP is going to be expired in June'2004 also...

Just getting nervous...

Assuming (incorrectly) "Transferred" cases are also "Approved", only 16% of the case remain to be processed in ND: 11/17/2001.

faitas - I faxed and mailed TSC exactly 3 months before my FP expired [ http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=116122&highlight=lieu ]. I got an RFE within 3 weeks of that. Don't know if the letter helped, but it's worth a shot.

2 months back , online noticed chaged to Resumed again from Received though it was changed just after doing the FP.

Could I please send a format and content of the fax you sent to TSC.

My RD is Oct'01 and ND is Nov'01

Hi Gurus...

One more quick question...

My permanent address(c/o my brother in law) is in Oklahoma and now am staying and working in NY with my family...

Still I am getting all the EAD/AP in that Oklahoma address.

I informed TSC but not sure whether they update the database.

If they transfer my case.. which place they will transfer...

And if I have to take some help from any congressman/senator, which place I should knock.

lawyer holding RFE

The lawyer has been holding off on sending in the RFE because he (incorrectly) believes the on line message to mean approval. He has agreed to send it in at the end of this month if the approval notice doesn't arrive (which it hasn't) by the end of the month. Tomorrow my RFE should be sent in and this unnecessary 4 week delay will be behind me.

I saw some members not even recieved any reponse from INS by faxing and it is a matter of luck(line is busy all the time) also to be able to fax them...

Do you think ... midnight is the right time to fax ????????

FP expiring by next 2 months.

Any comments please.....
