Contacted congress office to deal with them. So far we found that my I-140 was sent to US embassy by mistake, 2 weeks ago BCIS got it back and processing resumed. I dont know what would have happened if my congressman did not contact BCIS and request the document from American embassy.
I would be waiting for ever !!!
