"Pending labor" from ANY company can be used for 7th year extension?

Here is the scenario:

- working for Company A :Which does not want to apply for GC
- so applied for California labor from Company B

Now can I apply for 7th year extension at company A based on the labor petition pending from company B?

Hope I have made it simple. Any answer appreciated. Labor from company B was filed 400 days before I complete six years on H1.

--- yes, get the evidence if LC filing from lawyer who filed LC 365 days back. Evidence is SWA or SESA reciept that states the case # and the date they recieved LC
