What would happen if I go to the interview with my wife and I have a pending J1 waiver appeal. I know that the Green card wont be granted, but I don't know what Immigration will do next. Are they going to deny and revoke my work authorization or are they going to wait until the result of this appeal comes and schedule another interview in the future?
