Pending I485 - Can I add my ADOPTED son to tag along?

I have 2 adopted sons, and they both are outside the country.
I am thinking about adding them into my pending I-485, which recently i have just did my 2nd fingerprinting.
My questions are:
1. Is it possible to revise my I-485 application at this stage and add the two of them into my application?
2. Do I have to bring two of my adopted children to come to the state or can it be done remotely?
3. Is there any different if they are my biological sons instead?
4. Is it going to delay my processing time? by how much?
5. Is there any adverse effect to my application? Should i just wait 'till i get my citizenship (5+years latter) and sponsor them?
6. What kind of other requirements/applications and documentations is needed?
If anyone is familiar with this situation, please help.
As always, Thank you in advance!
