Hi, Did Someone Have Ideal What Is Going On Here, I Submitted I-485 Ap In July 2003,did Interview March 2004, To My Believe The Interview Went Well B'cause I My Right Index Finger Was Printed On A Card And Also Sign That Card, Then That Was The System Before New Gc Card Was Introduced Then It Use To Be Laminated,i Did Not Hear From Uscis Since Then Made Several Infopass, Lawyer Made Several Enquries But All We Get Is Still Pending,but They Are Not Being Specific Why It Was Pending. We Discovered The Io Who Conducted My Interview Have Been Sick And In And Out Of The Office And The Io Finally Died,so My Case Was Pending But They Keep Renewing My Ead,then I Got A Mail In November 2006 For Another Interview In December 2006 I Went To The Interview With My Us Citizen Wife The(petitioner) The Interview Went Well ,the Io Aproved My I-130 And Ask For My Pp But Did Not Have It With Me,she Said To Complete My Adjustment Of Status I Need A Waiver Because Im Inadmisiable,i Should Submit Form I-601 And Proof Of Extreme Hardship On My Us Citizen Wife Within 3month Which Is March 2007, I Did Submitted Required Proof By Given Date,but Since March 2007 I Did Not Received Nothing From Uscis, But Keep Renewing My Ead It Has Been Five Renewal Now,i Dont Know What Is Going On,can Someone Advise Me. i also received a letter in august 2007 for another interview i went with my wife and lawyer,only to be call and the IO said she dont know why this letter was mail to me that it was an error,she said she will look into my file and get back to me ,that wqs all never got anything from her.
