Can Someone Please Tell Me What Is Going On With This Case,apply For I-485 July 2003,got Interview With My Usc Wife In March 2004,all Was Fine Thumb Print My Right Index And Signed A Card,but Already Had My Ead,did Not Hear From Uscis Local Office,made Several Imforpass, Lawyer Made Several Enquiries All We Get Is Still Pending But Did Not Tell Us Why Is Pending,but They Keep Renewing My Ead Every Year Got A New Ead On January 2008 For Another Year,i Received Another Interview Letter In Nov 2006 For A Date In Dec2006,iwent For The Interview With My Usc Wife ,lawyer Everything Went Fine The Io Approved My I-130 Tha Day But Said To Complete My Adjustment Of Status (i-485) I Will Need A Waiver Because Im Inadmissiable,this Must Be Done Within 3months With Proof Of Etreme Hardship On My Usc Wife,i Did Submit The Required Proof At The Given Time Which Was March 2007,now Waiting For A Reply Only To Get Another Interview Day In August 2007,we Went As Usual And Only To Be Call And Said They Were Sorry That Appointment Was Sent To Me By Error, The Io Promise To Look Into My Case And Get Back To Me ,but Since Then I,ve Been Waiting And Never Hear From Them,do Anyone Have Ideal What's Going Or Anyone In A Similar Situation Please Advise Me What To Do.

nytellon, just curious, why are they alleging that you inadmissible and what reasons did you list for your wife's hardship (if you would like to share, but feel free to not share it if you want to keep it to yourself). Anyway, I've read elsewhere that hardship waivers can take a long time to approve.

thanks austiacus, basically my wife ask the IO after the interview, that what do we need to submit she said a new joint tax return (1040) then she we write a letter and her kids also need to write letter, her two kids of 15&17yrs wrote a superb letter and my wife wrote a notorize letter with her mom also friends and relatives wrote a consent letter that show good moral,also five pages a letter for counsellor showing my wife prognosis level of her emotional disaster due to my case.
