Hi All,
I hope someone can bring some hope here:
My I-485 is still pending, and even though we know that it's only a matter of few months before a decision is made, my wife must leave the US since her mother is very sick. We're both under a 245(i) case, and once she leaves, she can not come back in the states.
My question: If and when I/we get approved, how can I transfer her case and approval to a CP so she can get her passport stamped or whatever the procedure is? Also, any alternative ways of getting this completed?

3 EAD (don't have the dates) approved
No RFE
Tracker messages last updated 01/21/2003 regarding the FP1
