Hi,

It has been 23 months since the reciept of my I-485 application which is approximately 700 days.

Category : EB3 - VSC
Prority Date - 09/28/1998
Receipt Date - 10/04/1999
Notification Date - 10/13/1999
FP Date - 03/08/2001
RFE Issued by INS for Employment Letter - 06/13/2001
RFE Recieved and Acknowledged by INS - 07/02/2001
The AVM Says that the RFE was recieved on July 2nd. Still Waiting for Approval...

I posted a list

I posted a list of people w/ ND \'99 who post here and are still waiting. There are others in immitracker also. The formatting is pretty bad, but the data is still there!

Have already spoken to senators office earlier...[soon after the RFE was issued] not sure if this was coincidence or part of senators\' office. the waiting continues...

INS has clearly screwed up big time with [09/99 to 04/00] applications of I-485

VSC process is not really straight.

There my files died with IIOs....
I called IIO every month, same old story wait for a month.
Now I stopped calling them too.

I really thinks that contacting senator/congressman will help in expediting your cases. DO NOT waste your time any more!!!
 
Did you call the senator\'s office or write ?

What was your RFE all about ? Was there a company name change or a merger ?
