Pending EB1-EA I-485 applications prior to Dec 2005

Hi Friends,

Is there anyone, besides me, whose I-485 application (based on approved EB1-EA petition) is still pending since Dec. 2005. Thanks

I've been stuck in the NC hell hole for a long time too. I applied under EB1-OR in Sept 2005, and still waiting for my security clearance.
 
Which country are you both from?
I am wondering how many people from India are stuck in name checks?

did you get any LUDs on your I485 recently. some people in the forum got LUD on 01/09/2008 on their I485. do not know if this is due to SR or any good news.

The RD for my I485 is June 1 2006 and I didn't get any LUD recently.
 
I'm a naturalized Canadian citizen (born in India), so I suppose I'm in the same category as Indian nationals. I haven't got any change in my LUD since Aug 2007 (change of address). Very frustrating to see people getting their GC within 6 months while I've been waiting for over 2 years. Damn NC :(
 
Mine stucked in NC. I do not know current status.
Spouse NC cleared.
