Pending I-140 since Oct' 2003

Hurray, Finally it is approved

Finally my I140 got approved yesterday. I have been desperately waiting for this since Nov2nd 2004, when VSC received my RFE response on Company's Ability to Pay. Now, let us see when they open my 485 case. As I am in EB3 from India, hopefully they may touch my case in few months.... My Priority Date is May 2002.

I wanted to share with all my friends who are still waiting... be hopeful and patient.

Did you receive FP yet? I am also concerned that my 140 is so past the processing dates yet, but no news yet but did get FPs though?
