Could you please post your qualifications on the basis of which your EB-1 EA was approved. I am thinking of filing EA application myself, since I got laid off, and my EB-1 OR app will be of no use.

I am happy to inform you that my i-140 has been approved on
12/17/02.

My lawyer faxed the copy of approval notice to me today.

But online status has not updated yet.
