hi i am currently filed for an H1-B visa (currently have b2 visa) and my I-94 will expire on sept14 which is before the release of results (oct1). what should i do? can i file for an extension? or is it better to go back home first?
File for an extention of your B2 .Was your H1B case approved ? Oct 1st is when you can change status to H1B ,but till then you are required to maintain your status .
