Pending cases stall

I noticed there is no more frequent approval for cases filed prior to 2006 or approvals are just rare and slow. I mean for cases of 2004;2005;2006.
2007 cases are beeing approved within less that 6 months.
What's going on with USCIS ?
THEY HAVE SOME TYPE OF SCHEDULE PLAN OR WHAT !

Ask for congressman help

My case took 7 years to be processed. I filed in 2000 and just got my GC in June of this year. I asked for help from my congressman and thank god I did otherwise I will still be waiting...

I have noticed that myself.i got my approval in less than 6 months,while a friend of mine still waiting(eventhough he filed in june of 2006) 6 months before me!

I think i heard somewhere that those who filed this year will get their GC in around 6 months (that if their name check is cleard).
