Pending August Filers, we may have a RFE ...

Now I don't want to sound like Habib or Santanu,

But as "GeeCee Saga" mentioned earlier, in my case too, the IIO mentioned that officer has requested further information and these days it takes 3-4 weeks for RFE to get "typed" and mailed and only then AVM gets updated.

So you may not hear about RFE on AVM but you can check out by calling IIO since they know if more information is requested for your case.

Checked AVM at 8:30Pm, RFE issued, you are right, we august waiting might get RFE.

please share info with me, what they want? Can I call IIO to ask what extra evidence they want?

I am really frustrated as those people filed in Oct started approve and we early August still get REFs.
