I believe Barrovaz was referring the difference thing. We have interview completed on our timeline after the status switched to application pending.

yes I would say at least they did not refer you within two weeks. anything good counts.

I am at Tustin office. I wonder whether this has to do with the government shut down and they cannot do certain background checks.

Same here —I've been waiting for 10 weeks post-interview at the LA office, and my status changed to "You completed your interview with USCIS" and "Application Is Pending" on 10/17/2025.

There is one case that got their interview through mandamus, and their status changed to "You completed your interview with USCIS" and "Application Is Pending" on 10/17/2025. And another update days after: the Application is Pending, and they received a notice for the Second interview at the LA Office.
