Pending 485, AC121 , L1 visa

This is my first post, i am not sure where to post, I have following questions, if someone can Guide me,
Back Ground:
came here on B1, changed to L1, company applied for I140, approved, Dec 2001, applied for I 485, Feb 2002, ND March 12, 2002,
Holding valid, L1, valid through 2005, EAD, 2005, and AP
Now my questions are
1: Can I use AC121 rule and change job, in same state or in other state.
2: Can I open a company and show my earnings, W2 etc in case of any ref,
3:I am with a same employer, from last 4 years,
