Hi we have received RFE from VSC three weeks back, Our lawyer prepared the papers and sent it to INS today. Acc to her we may not get an approval soon because our PD is not current yet. (PD Aug 97, RD and ND Sep 99, FP Aug00 EB3 India)
Is it true that INS takes PD in to consideration while approving the cases?I thought they only consider RD and ND.

Yes! I think they consider the priority date for the approval. But they already opened your file and looking into this. So hope for the best and get the approval. By the way could you please post your EAC# PLEASE.
