PD regression

I am in EB1 and about to file P3 to St.lewis.. Will there be any danger of PD regression in september(End of the year. ) I am expecting Oct/Nov interview. Thanks in advance..
 
no problems with pd till 2003 end

this is as per numerous postings i have read by immigration lawyers based on data from department of state
 
PD is expected to remain current for a long time, but Oct/Nov might be an aggressive expectation.
